Prima di scrivere
Quali file si aprono?
CBZ e ZIP (anche con password), CBR (RAR 4 e RAR 5), CBT, PDF (anche con password) ed EPUB a layout fisso. L’app per iPhone e iPad apre anche i RAR «solidi» e cifrati, che la web app non legge. I 7z (CB7) non si aprono: ricomprimili come CBZ.
Dove sono i miei file?
Nello spazio di archiviazione dell’app sul dispositivo, e si leggono anche offline. Mangadana non li carica da nessuna parte.
Come porto la libreria su un altro iPhone o iPad?
Dal pulsante … nella libreria esporta il backup: un file con titoli, collezioni, copertine, segnalibri e impostazioni, senza i volumi. Sul nuovo dispositivo ripristina il backup e importa di nuovo gli stessi file: titoli, collezioni e segnalibri tornano da soli. Il backup è lo stesso per l’app e per la web app, nei due sensi.
Premium
Mangadana Premium sblocca il 4K e la libreria senza limiti (la versione gratuita tiene fino a 5 volumi e 2 collezioni), con un abbonamento mensile o un acquisto per sempre, su iPhone e iPad con lo stesso Apple ID. Su un altro dispositivo, o dopo aver reinstallato l’app, apri Mangadana Premium dal pulsante … nella libreria e tocca Ripristina acquisti. L’abbonamento si disdice nelle impostazioni del tuo Apple ID, o da Gestisci abbonamento nella scheda Premium. Pagamenti e rimborsi li gestisce Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Requisiti
App: iOS e iPadOS 17 o successivi. Web app: Safari su iPadOS 26 o successivo per HD e 4K; su iPadOS 17 e 18 solo HD. L’app è in inglese, e in italiano sui dispositivi impostati in italiano; la web app è in italiano.

Se non hai ancora file tuoi: Ike Ike! Hyakka Jiten Musume, un manga di quattro pagine di Kasuga (CBZ, 340 KB, licenza CC BY-SA 3.0, da Wikimedia Commons). Scaricalo con Safari, poi in Mangadana tocca Importa e sceglilo in File, nella cartella Download.

Before you write
Which files open?
CBZ and ZIP (password-protected too), CBR (RAR 4 and RAR 5), CBT, PDF (password-protected too) and fixed-layout EPUB. The iPhone and iPad app also opens solid and encrypted RAR, which the web app cannot read. 7z (CB7) does not open: repack it as CBZ.
Where are my files?
In the app’s storage on the device, readable offline. Mangadana does not upload them anywhere.
How do I move my library to another iPhone or iPad?
From the … button in the library, export a backup: a file with titles, collections, covers, bookmarks and settings, without the volumes. On the new device restore the backup and import the same files again: titles, collections and bookmarks come back on their own. The backup is the same for the app and the web app, both ways.
Premium
Mangadana Premium unlocks 4K and a library without limits (the free version holds up to 5 books and 2 collections), as a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase, on iPhone and iPad with the same Apple ID. On another device, or after reinstalling the app, open Mangadana Premium from the … button in the library and tap Restore Purchases. Cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings, or with Manage Subscription in the Premium sheet. Apple handles payments and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you have no files of your own yet: Ike Ike! Hyakka Jiten Musume, a four-page manga by Kasuga (CBZ, 340 KB, licensed CC BY-SA 3.0, from Wikimedia Commons). Download it with Safari, then in Mangadana tap Import and pick it in Files, in the Downloads folder.
